01 Services

We provide website and e-shop development, business systems, mobile and web apps, SEO, UI/UX design, API integrations, AI chatbots and automations, and website audits. The exact scope of each project is set out in the written quote you accept.

02 Prices and quotes

Prices on the website are starting prices and are given for information. The binding price is the one in your written quote, which is valid for 30 days. Prices are shown in euros. VAT is added where applicable.

03 Free preview

Before you pay, we can prepare a free one-page design preview of your website. The preview creates no obligation for you. Its design remains ours until you order the project; once you do, it becomes part of your website.

04 Payment

Unless the quote says otherwise, 50% is invoiced when the project starts and 50% before launch. Invoices are due within 7 days. Monthly services (hosting & care, SEO and the AI chatbot) are invoiced monthly in advance. If an invoice is overdue, we may pause work until it is paid.

05 Your responsibilities

You provide the content, access and feedback we need on time, and confirm you have the rights to any texts, images, logos and data you give us. Delays in feedback or content may move the timeline.

06 Timelines and revisions

Timelines in the quote are estimates based on the agreed level and scope. Before launch, revision rounds are included per level: 2 on Start, 3 on Business and unlimited on Premium, always within the agreed scope. After launch, change requests are sent and tracked in your client panel. Each level includes monthly change time under hosting & care (Start 30 minutes, Business 1 hour, Premium 2 hours); unused time does not carry over. Work beyond that, new features and new projects are quoted first at €35 per hour or a fixed price. We handle requests within 3 working days, or 1 working day on Premium.

First results within 60 hours means that we show you a first version of your website within 60 hours, counted from the moment we have received your content (texts, images, logo) and your approval of the design direction.

07 Satisfaction guarantee

You pay nothing until you have seen and approved your free one-page preview. If you do not approve it, you owe nothing and the project ends. Once you approve the preview and pay the first instalment, the payment terms above apply.

08 Ownership

When the project is paid in full, you own the final design, code written specifically for you and the content we create for you. Third-party components (such as open-source libraries, fonts, plugins or platforms) remain under their own licences. We may show the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

09 Hosting & care plan

Every website, e-shop and business system we build is hosted and maintained under the hosting & care plan at €14.90 per month (plus VAT where applicable). The plan is required while we host your project and includes servers, SSL certificate, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, your client panel and the monthly change time of your level. You can end the plan with 30 days' written notice; we then hand over your files and help you move to the hosting of your choice.

10 Client panel

Every package includes access to a personal client panel. Keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account. Information in the panel (such as statistics and uptime) is provided for convenience and may be delayed.

11 Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly services run until cancelled. SEO and the AI chatbot can be cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice. Each AI chatbot level includes a monthly number of conversations (300, 1,500 or 3,000); extra conversations are billed at €10 per 1,000. WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta are passed on at cost. AI chatbot answers are generated automatically; we train and monitor the assistant carefully, but you are responsible for reviewing the information it is trained on.

12 Free audit

The free audit is a non-binding review of your website. It creates no obligation to buy any service.

13 Warranty and liability

We fix errors in our own work that are reported within 30 days of launch at no extra cost. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, except where the law does not allow such limits. We are not responsible for outages or changes of third-party services.

14 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We will try to settle any dispute by negotiation first; if that fails, it will be resolved by the courts of the Republic of Latvia. Consumers keep the rights that the law of their country gives them.
