What does the “from” price mean?
It's the price of the Start level. Every service has three levels (Start, Business, Premium), and each one is a complete product. You see exactly what each level includes in Pricing, and you get a fixed written quote before any work starts.
Can I see my website before I pay?
Yes. Before you pay anything, we design a free one-page preview of your new website so you can see the style, layout and feel. If you like it, we continue; if not, you owe nothing.
What does hosting & care at €14.90/month include, and why is it required?
Fast EU servers, your SSL certificate, daily backups, security and software updates, uptime monitoring, your client panel and monthly change time (30 minutes on Start, 1 hour on Business, 2 hours on Premium). It's required for every website, e-shop and system we host, because it keeps your site fast, safe and up to date.
How do change requests work after launch?
You send them in your client panel and follow their status. Start includes 30 minutes of changes a month, Business 1 hour and Premium 2 hours. Small changes like new texts or photos take minutes, so that covers most months. Bigger work is quoted first at €35 per hour, so there are no surprises. We handle requests within 3 working days, Premium within 1.
What is the client panel?
Your personal login where you see your project's progress, website health (uptime, speed, SSL, backups), visitors and Google positions, your invoices, and where you send and track change requests. It's included in every package.
What does “happy, or you don't pay” mean?
You don't pay anything until you've seen and approved your free one-page preview. If you don't like it, you owe nothing. Before launch you also get revision rounds: 2 on Start, 3 on Business and unlimited on Premium.
How long does it take to build a website?
You see first results within 60 hours: the first version of your website. A Start website is usually finished within a week, Business in 2–3 weeks and Premium in 3–5 weeks; e-shops take 2–6 weeks and business systems 3–12 weeks. You follow every step in your client panel.
Can you build a mobile app?
Yes. We build apps for iPhone, Android, tablets and the web on request, connected to your website and client panel. Apps are quoted per project after a free call.
Do I own the website and the code?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the design, code and content are yours. If you ever want to move to other hosting, we hand everything over.
Which languages do you work in?
Any language your customers speak. Our own website is in English, Russian, Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian, but your site can be in German, Finnish, Polish, Ukrainian or any other language. We build each version properly for Google, and the AI chatbot can answer in them too.
How does the AI chatbot work?
We train the assistant on your own content: services, prices, FAQ, opening hours. It answers visitors 24/7, captures leads and books calls. The monthly fee covers AI usage, hosting and monitoring up to your level's conversation limit (300, 1,500 or 3,000 a month). WhatsApp works on Premium, with Meta's own fees billed at cost.
How does payment work?
Usually 50% when we start and 50% at launch. Hosting & care, SEO and the chatbot are billed monthly.
